Abstract

The following article focuses on the model of management of the XXI century called postmodern and its possible links to a model created in 1940, corresponding specifically to the bureaucratic created by Max Weber, for this will be defined the basic concepts of each one Of them and will establish what are the guidelines that for the authors are the meeting points between both models.
