Abstract

The essay focuses on the sociological perspectives that approach school organization and the issues that affect school life such as culture, social relationships, the organizational structure of school and phenomena such as anomie. This essay wants to make a point in actions and social factors that are incurred in the organization´s system and which are subject to a transition of changes due to factors of modern urban life.
