Dante and Zurita

Abstract

The central aim of this paper is the
rescue of the History o f Salvation according to the Holy Bibley Dante
and Zurita. The joumeyfrom sin to redemption, common to both authors,
is presented in different ways. Dante joins Bible and theology, while
Zurita emphasizes personal spiritual experience. This experience
ineludes the scream ofpain, the acknowledge ofinquity; the admission
of faults, the acceptance of the sinful condition of man, the restoring
sacrifice and the saving burst of God in the human life.
