Abstract
Habitualmente se identifica el proceso de comunicación con una habilidad inherente al ser humano y, por lo tanto, idéntica en cada hombre; sin embargo, si bien es cierto que esta capacidad le es innata, se desarrolla de manera diferente según la cultura en que le corresponde vivir. Desde esa perspectiva, no debería confundirse comunicación con comunicaciones, entendida esta última sólo como transferencia de información y, quizás, la forma menos humana de interactuar.
