Resumen
El fútbol es un deporte en el cual se presentan exigencias físicas de carácter intermitentes, donde se presentan saltos, cambios de dirección, aceleraciones y desaceleraciones, sin dejar a un lado las acciones técnico-tácticas, lo que en conjunto contribuye para alcanzar un rendimiento óptimo, este estudio fue diseñado para evaluar la fatiga neuromuscular por medio de la disminución de la altura de salto, en concreto los objetivos de este estudio fueron: 1) evaluar la relación entre la carga de partido y la altura de salto con contramovimiento después del partido y; 2) comparar la altura de salto con contramovimiento antes y después del partido en jóvenes futbolistas, participaron ocho jugadores de la categoría sub-14 de un club de fútbol formativo. Se llevó a cabo una regresión lineal para buscar la relación entre las variables de minutos jugados, esfuerzo percibido y carga de partido con la altura de salto contramovimiento después del partido, Los hallazgos pueden ser interesantes para los preparadores físicos, debido a la alta demanda de partidos que se presentan en el futbol actual a nivel profesional y amateur.
