Service Learning at the University of Valparaíso: systematizing the route towards institutionalization

This work systematizes the stages of the institutionalization process of the Service Learning (A + S) approach at the University of Valparaíso. It includes the period between 2012 and 2023; The information collection technique used was Document Analysis. The result of the systematization allows us to visualize the transition from one stage to another (Quality Construction to Sustainable Institutionalization), as part of the transformations that are being generated in the university.
