Abstract
Intentar abordar la compleja y metódica visión de Benjamin sobre cómo comprender la urbe moderna es un objetivo ambicioso, pero Martin Kohan logra percibir con éxito las profundas sutilezas con que esta (anti) antropología
urbana se desarrolla; así, de la misma manera con que el filosofo alemán se deleitaba meditando sobre las múltiples posibilidades con que la maravilla tecnológica del Panorama permitía la ficción del viaje sin moverse un centímetro de la tierra natal, el autor de este ensayo nos enseña a vuelo rasante los distintos rasgos y profundas marcas que dan una textura especial a las evocaciones que se impregnan en las reflexiones de Benjamin sobre la ciudad y sus concomitantes culturales.
