Abstract
Este articulo intenta polemizar sabre políticas, conceptos y prácticas de la evaluación de la enseñanza superior que están siendo implementadas en Brasil, sabre todo, a partir de la década de los 90. Las diferentes modalidades y mecanismos de evaluación implican cambios significativos en la cultura académica,
en el trabajo docente, en la gestión de las instituciones, en las definiciones curriculares y, sabre todo, en la estructuración del campo de la educación superior.
