Abstract
Este trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto
analizar, en el ámbito de la historia cultural,
las representaciones políticas e institucionales
de
las
actividades
de planeamiento
en el
sector
de ciencia
y tecnología
de Brasil,
en
el
período
comprendido
ente
1975 y 1995. La
hipótesis
de trabajo
se fundamenta
en los
indicios
de que no puede haber cualquier
alteración
en
las
estructuras
tecnocráticas
de
planeamiento,
sino
apenas
un nuevo discurso
gubernamental
que oculta
veladas
prácticas
y
estructuras.
