Abstract
Una visión panorámica en tomo a la forma
ción de personas, y la profesión docente, nos
lleva una vez más a enfrentar las preguntas
claves del quehacer educativo. ¿Cuáles son las
fuentes de donde surgen los intereses y reque
rimientos que orientan las acciones educa
tivas? ¿Cuál es la misión de la educación?
¿Cuál es la labor fundamental del educador?
¿Cuáles son las creencias o fundamentos que
determinan las intenciones docentes de un
profesor? En este trabajo se revisan y rela
cionan una serie de conceptos, para generar
un compacto que intenta responder en forma
coherente e integrada dichas preguntas y que
sirva de resumen a los estudiantes de peda
gogía.
