Abstract
El punto de partida es una lectura del inacabado Un Paraíso Perdido de Euclides da Cunha (1866-1909), en el que el escritor busca abarcar e universo amazónico para, en nombre del progreso, sacarlo de los "márgenes de la historia", e incluirlo en la historia de Brasil.
