Abstract
La búsqueda del Edén perdido, el ansia de encontrar aquí ahora reinos y ciudades fabulosas, están presentes en la literatura a través de la historia y también en el afán de descubridores y conquistadores europeos.
Sobre la base de los propios mitos y leyendas, estos aventureros intentaron comprender los nuevos territorios descubiertos.
