Abstract
This article is constructed with the main objective of reflecting on the adaptability and resolution of the Technical-Professional Teaching Body (TP), in the face of emerging situations that occurred with the transition from face-to-face to virtuality, during the years 2020-2021, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, in a multipurpose school in the commune of Maipú. The topics addressed are the differentiating aspects between face-to-face education and the virtual educational dimension, analyzing the experience of teachers in the TP area, considering curricular, evaluative, didactic and dialogic aspects, implemented by teachers, in the particularities of the context of their professional performance. At the methodological level, the Case Study is used, considering the literature review referring to the virtual educational dimension in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, ministerial policies, institutional documents of the school and semi-structured interviews with the entire Technical-Professional teaching staff and members of the management team of the establishment. The transcription of the interviews was developed based on the definition of categories and subcategories of analysis. The results of this work show the need to reinforce some training aspects such as teamwork and digital literacy, related to the Graduation Profile (PT), added to the incorporation of virtuality as an educational dimension in the work of teachers of each Specialty.
