Abstract

Teacher training in Digital Teaching Competence (DTC) should be facilitated through innovative approaches such as gamma-mapping. In this study, it is verified through a questionnaire how gamification affects the interest and perception of learning technology in a master's degree in distance education, and if there are differences according to variables, such as gender and age, in the acquisition of the Digital Content Creation dimension of the DCC. The results show an improvement in the perception of knowledge after the experience. We found differences in terms of previous knowledge in the creation of videos and programming, and in terms of previous interest in the use of the POI and content enrichment. These results allow us to conclude that the experience facilitates the perception of the acquisition of the skills studied and allows us to make proposals for improvement.
