Efecto agudo del trail running recreativo sobre el bienestar subjetivo en estudiantes de Pedagogía en Educación Física

El estudio analizó el efecto agudo de tres sesiones de trail running recreativo sobre el bienestar subjetivo en estudiantes de Pedagogía en Educación Física. Se utilizó un diseño cuantitativo de medidas repetidas con evaluaciones pre y post durante tres semanas consecutivas. Participaron 24 estudiantes que completaron todas las mediciones. El bienestar se evaluó mediante la Recreational Sport Well-Being Scale (RSWBS) como medida principal y el WHO-5 como indicador complementario de bienestar general reciente. El puntaje total de la RSWBS mostró una tendencia favorable en la sesión 1 y aumentos significativos en las sesiones 2 y 3. En el análisis por dimensiones, satisfacción con la vida destacó en la sesión 1 y emoción positiva en las sesiones 2 y 3. El WHO-5 mostró una tendencia descriptiva al alza, sin diferencias estadísticamente significativas. Estos hallazgos sugieren un efecto agudo favorable del trail running recreativo sobre el bienestar subjetivo.
