Abstract

This paper highlights the urgency to place and incorporate cultural management to institutional, curricular and
pedagogical work to the Chilean school system, as and articulating and binding áreas of different realities and
cultural practices which historically have gathered in schools, understanding these as cultural convergence
centers in its essence. This incorporation finds its meaning, when the idea of seeking the possibility of opening
a transit which provides our reality socially, culturally diverse, from respect for the value of diversity diversity,
i.e. from multiculturality to interculturality. Based on this basic idea, aims to establish the Cultural Management
as a discipline, methodological, able to use multiple techniques of different areas of knowledge that can
generate from praxis, intercultural learning, together with the development of intercultural learning spaces.
