It is reflected in the sector of teachers that they don’t show a very favorable attitude to the ICT, in many cases, because of the weakness with which the topic has been worked in its initial formation, which would be impeding the progress of the conception of a new model of leaming with ICT. This puts in the focus of the discussion, as a problem, the question: How is the formation in the contexts with the technology? And how is the ICT re-meant by the teachers when they take it to its practice, to the plan of studies and to the classroom, to come closer to pedagogic model of formation with ICT?
