Abstract

This text explains the historical role of women and the importance that would have it in encourage and promote feminine leadership in Chileans public schools. This look for new proposals in the scenario of efficient school management where women can position themselves further in teachers’ role but also in head positions for the learning. Thus. Teacher and feminine leaders assure implementation of distribute leadership in order to support social change from schools.
