Abstract
This article corresponds to a small scale research to characterize the field of competence- based training for future professionals in education, before entering the workforce, i.e. during their undergraduate training. To strengthen and encourage an overview of the competence- based approach (CBA) of future teachers, the following article seeks to synthesize the cha- racteristics of the competence-based training model to understand the training process of students majoring in education.
On completion of the investigation, the following aspects were achieved: the elaboration of a synthesis of a competence-based approach that reflects the integration of conceptual, procedural and attitudinal learning by the future professionals of education.
