Abstract
El presente trabajo ofrece un acercamiento desde la literatura al cambio de perspectiva que se produce en la relación entre el hombre y la naturaleza en la cultura románica tardomedieval. Para arrojar luz sobre la cuestión, se analizan algunos aspectos significativos de una de las obras clave de dicha época, el Decamerón, en cuyo marco narrativo podemos ver una muestra de cómo el hombre prerrenacentista adquiere un nuevo punto de vista para entender su entorno.
