Abstract
El presente artículo fue escrito en junio de
2004 y tenía por objetivo entregar una visión
de la educación a través de una mirada crí
tica de la Reforma Educacional y de los acto
res directos e indirectos en el proceso educa
cional. Se abordan en él, los roles que le com
peten a cada actor y se sugieren cambios a
implementar, a fin de mejorar sustancialmente
la calidad de la educación entregada en el país
en cada uno de los niveles que corresponda,
ya sea en escuelas y liceos como en colegios
subvencionados, como así también en las insti
tuciones de educación superior.
