Abstract
Los cambios experimentados por nuestro sistema educacional debido a la Reforma han
afectado de manera particular a la asignatura de Lengua Castellana y Comunicación.
El tema de los medios de comunicación masiva es incorporado en este nuevo enfoque
educativo con el fin de desarrollar las competencias comunicativas de los educandos a partir
de sus experiencias cotidianas. Parte importante de ellas depende de los programas de entre
tención transmitidos por la televisión:
Mekano, El gran rojo de Chile, Sin prejuicios, Sábado
por la noche.
