Abstract
Los términos “Globalización y Humanismo” nos reservan muchas sorpresas. Hay que adentrarse en ellos para comprender su sentido más pleno. La “redondez ” de lo global evoca la imagen bellísima del corazón de la verdad y de la esfera perfecta del ser, que encontramos en Parménides. La fecundidad del humus, cimiento y garantía de lo humano, a su vez, está en la base de ese humanismo que, despojado de la carga negativa que todos los -ismos- conllevan de suyo, constituye la esencia misma del hombre. Habrá que mirar en lo profundo y recuperar el sentido positivo de las palabras, que exigen, por supuesto, una explicación práctica, coherente y satisfactoria.
