Abstract

This conference seeks to establish a parallel study on two monumental works
of literature in antiquity, such as the Epic of Gilgamesh and the Odyssey. The main
objective is to establish their similarities and differences and how they could be
understood historically, especially when considering the impact of human nature
and the trips that are described in both epics.
