Abstract

The present paper presents a proposal of a manual to facilitate the formation of a Learning Community that ineludes educational units of different educational establishments of a región or country. Can be used as a teaching resource for the educational institutions interested in forming these communities with the aim of promoting the dialogic learning, critical reflection of the pedagogical work and cooperative work among the members of the various groups. The manual, is formed by the 11 teaching guides that inelude theoretical, conceptual, and a series of activities that will help the formation of learning communities. Each activity is headed by a ñame, its purpose, its modality, didactic resources needed and the inputs
required. Has an introduction and ends with a reflection on the subject matter. The manual contains a bibliography for the  participants of the group to have access to the sources on which support their development Learning Communities provides a bibliography for group participants have access to the sources in which the preparation of this manual was supported.
