Abstract
El profesor Luis Gómez-Catalán significa un nombre-símbolo en el imaginario pedagógico chileno, por su triple condición de maestro normalista, radical y masón, por su experiencia y aportes en el ámbito de la planificación, gestión,
evaluación, así como de publicaciones, en los distintos niveles y áreas de la educación chilena, y por su merecida obtención del Premio Nacional de Educación (1983).
