Abstract
El Noveno Congreso Internacional de Humanidades: “Palabra y cultura en AméricaLatina: herencias y desafíos”, octubre 2006, se abocó al tema: “Lenguaje, literatura, cultura y educación en sus imágenes y en su imaginario”. Le correspondió su planificación, organización y puesta en marcha a la Facultad de Historia, Geografía y Letras, de laUniversidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación, de Santiago de Chile, en colaboracióncon el Instituto de Letras, de la Universidad de Brasilia, Brasil.
