Abstract
La percepción de la adquisición de los idiomas extranjeros ha evolucionado. Sin embargo, todo esfuerzo de renovación pedagógica, había carecido, hasta ahora, de un verdadero respaldo institucional. Pues se trata de ver aquí, como han de ser precisamente los Diplomas, -es decir una Certificación evaluativa externa-, los que van a permitir un cambio notable en el aprendizaje formativo de los idiomas extranjeros.
