Abstract
This paper shows the experience of a Pedagogical Fair as a practical tool to propose strategies for strengthening and evaluating students of the career of Pedagogy in Physical Education. A qualitative methodology was used from the accounts of the students who collaborated in the activity. The total number of participants was 10 freshmen who were studying the subject of Learning and Thought Development at a university in Santiago de Chile. The results show a favorable reception of the activity, rescuing skills such as to plan, capturing attention, group management, security, teacher role and empathy. It is concluded that the Pedagogical Fair is an evaluation and learning strategy that promotes vocation and allows identifying the skills that should be promoted in the professional training of students.
