Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó entre trabajado-
res que buscaban, por medio de una Agencia,
ser contratados por una empresa armadora
de automóviles. Fue posible percibir que, en
el contexto actual, además del clásico “saber
hacer” asociado a la destreza manual, los
postulantes puede ser contratados o no dependiendo
del
“saber ser”. Esto
está
asociado
a
las
nuevas exigencias
del
trabajo
flexible,
que
dan relevancia a las
habilidades
respecto
de
las
lenguas
y
a las capacidades cognitivas
y
culturales.
