Formar las recursos humanos profesionales que el País requiere. Con programas flexibles, dinámicos y efectivos para una educación para toda la vida. Con adecuada movilidad interna, externa y vertical. Con capacidad para gestionar información y conocimiento. Con capacidad para innovar.
Formar los recursos humanos especializados que el País requiere. Con programas de postgrado de calidad. Con programas de doctorado de calidad internacional. Con capacidad para investigar en todas las áreas del conocimiento y ser productiva. Con capacidad para transferir conocimiento al medio. Hacer todo esto con calidad y un compromiso de autorregulación efectiva!
