Abstract
A través del presente artículo quisiera hacer algunas consideraciones de carácter global sobre cómo una persona que está vinculada al proceso educacional, que tiene una larga experiencia en la educación universitaria, pero que no es especialista en educación, puede comparar su experiencia en Chile con la experiencia de otros países, ¿qué pasa en este momento con la educación en América Latina?, ¿qué pasa con los profesores o con los analistas del proceso de la educación?
