This article presents an analysis brings over of one of the difficulties of the school Chilean system to improve the quality of the leamings of all the students. The orientation is analyzed towards the shortage of the quality that it moves to the educational system. Later, supported on Niklas Luhmann’s sociology, one raises that the differentiation and modemization of the Chilean education will be achieved only when it realizes a draft towards the abundance.
