Abstract
Currently, scientific knowledge about the acquisition and development of digital skills requires the use of a hybrid language that has recently mutated with globalization and technologies. The application of systematic methodologies for the collection, analysis and validation of information becomes necessary, allowing, ideally, to obtain valid conclusions with a certain generalization capacity in new educational contents. This meditation revolves around the sample, the understanding and the evaluation of digital competences as a situation of hybrid discourses in a web 3.0 context. At present, these competencies are considered a key element in the educational context and are constantly evolving from the hybrid discourses derived from technology. Thus, the focus is intended on the competencies related to information management through technological tools, with the aim of acquiring valid and contrasted knowledge, through the search and retrieval of information.
