Abstract
Uno de los temas que siempre está presente al
interior del problema de la educación es el
conflicto que se suele producir entre la racio
nalización científica de la disciplina y la di
mensión formativa que postulan algunas asig
naturas programáticas, especialmente aquéllas
que se mueven en el campo humanístico. En la
presente relación, quisiéramos proponer al
gunas reflexiones en torno al mencionado
problema, desde la perspectiva de los objetivos
fundamentales transversales y ciertos conte
nidos mínimos obligatorios de la educación
media (OF-CMO), contemplados en el nuevo
currículo del MNEDUC.
