Abstract

This speech have been articulated with the intention of sitúate in the educative debate, the labour of the Educations Technics Assistant, under the Preferencial School Grant's Iaw, promoved by the Education Ministry of Chile's Gouverment. It is an invitation to reflect about our educative sistem, thinking on deteriorates schools in many places in our country, to open conceptions about the most efficients manners to improve their quality in a soon, urgent and suitable way.
