TABANIDAE FROM CHILE: ANNOTATED LIST OF SPECIES AND REY TO THE GENERA REPORTED FROM CHILE

Abstract

A list with 16 genera and 110 species reported from Chile, with geographic distribution and bibliographic
references is presented in this paper. Esenbeckia (E.) enderleini Kroeber Fidena (Fidena) atripes
(Róder), Dasybasis (D.) albosignata (Kroeber), D. (D.) bulbula Coscarón 8c Philip, D. (D.) vasta Coscarón 8c
Philip, D. (A.) lanei Coscarón 8c Philip are new records from Chile. A key with subfamilies, tribus,
genera and subgenera, with illustration also is offered.
