Abstract
Across the Based Theory it was found that to experience the tutor's role the bclicfs on the leaming and the education in students of pedagogy in Biology and Natural Sciences of the Catholic University of the Santísima Concepción are transformed. The tutor’s students have initial models of education centred on the transmisión of knowledge. The tutors go towards a new model based on the reflection on their own learning the use of questions and mistakes as didactic tools that help comprehensive learning in students with precedents of repeated failures in the area of the Chemistry and the Mathematics.
