Abstract
A new educational strategy was implemented at the Organic I Chemistry Laboratory, consisting in working interactively with those students that not approved the corresponding course, so that through their experiences, prior knowledge, search and analysis o f new information, they could be able to propose some innovation on the practice, in order to make them dynamic, efficient and significant.
