Abstract

The environment in which sports organizations operate is increasingly uncertain. The Globalization, together with technological advancement and knowledge-based evolution processes, have caused stability with the environment to become a reality for organizational existence and evolution. The article addresses the topic of administration as the best alternative for sports entities focused on their creation, development and improvement through the greatest and best use of the theories and methods of this discipline of human knowledge for better organizational performance. The objective is to reflect on administrative knowledge as a specific factor for the development of sports organizations, as well as the only way to achieve better structures, processes and rational use of resources that allow establishing sustainable competitive and comparative advantages and the role of the human being. in the creation and innovation of knowledge in this regard.
