Absence of Physical Education professionals in Gender Offices/Departments in Chilean Universities

Objective: This research addresses the problem of anxiety that can occur in gymnasts in confinement period and how the sport of Women's Artistic Gymnastics performed online can have an impact on its reduction. Methodology: this research focused on the Claudia Perelman Gymnastics and Acrobatics Club, with girls between eight and fifteen years of age. The gymnasts were evaluated by means of a questionnaire called CMASR-2 in order to determine the levels of anxiety before and after eight weeks of training. Results: showed a decrease in the variables in the post test, highlighting the total anxiety where a statistically significant difference could be observed (<0.005). Conclusion: it was determined that online artistic gymnastics could have an impact on the decrease in anxiety levels in gymnasts subjected to an eight-week training.
