Abstract
In this article, a variety of conditions is distinguished these have been imposed by the Academic Paradigm and these conditions are still affecting both the Scholar System and the Teacher
Formation Process The identified and commented conditions are related to the education quality concept, to the discipline concept, to the evaluations interpretation, to the Teacher Formation Process, to the discipline content standards and to the priorities of educational proposes. These circumstances are presents in our Scholar culture and without doubt they diffícult the
task for changing the actual paradigm.
