RELIABILITY OF THE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF THE COLLEGE ON THE PART OF THE STUDENTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF THE USEK OF CHILE

Abstract

There investigated perception of the reliability of 102 student of the degree of pedagogy physical education whit regard to your teachers of the same discipline of the school. It was adapted and valid test of reliability proposed by Yañez, Perez, Yañez (2005) finding good indices of reliability and validity. The theory suggests that the reliability of the students toward teachers is constituted mainly by competition, kindness and integrity. However, in this study found a fourth factor: respect. The results show that difference exist in three dimensions, where the university student of fourth year considerer his less competent, benevolent and complete teachers that the student of first year. In addition, the students perceive more complete the docent of the feminine genre. The results assume to the years of career education and age of the polled ones.
